• Username
  • The default username is your LVMA number.
  • To get your LVMA number
    • It is listed on your dues renewal form.
    • LVMA membership cards will be mailed out shortly.
    • Contact the LVMA office.
• Password
  • The default password is your lastname
  • It is case sensitive.
  • It is recommened that you change your password after you log in for the first time.
  • All passwords are encrypted. As a result, there is no password recovery. If you forget your password, please contact the LVMA office for a new password.
• Cookies
  • You must have cookies enabled to view the members only section.
